You know, this has been mostly done for several weeks, but I couldn't get Cloud's anger mark to look right. ....yeah, you heard me. Sometimes I hate being a perfectionist, too. Actually, most of the time.

...this is something that's been bothering me for a while. I'll admit there's nothing terribly wrong with Cloud getting slashed with everyone in and out of fandom because, hey, what are you going to do about it. People ship what they want to ship, and you can't criticize someone else's pairing without being a hypocrite. What I have a problem with is said slashability (it is a real word, stfu) affecting the character's canon personality. Just because Cloud is fandom's whore--okay, slut--doesn't mean he IS one. WTF people. Arghhh.

(...a lot of it has to do with the Wallmarket thing and this misconceived notion that Cloud wore a dress because he wanted to and is therefore flaming and sleeps around with everyone. 1. One does not have to crossdress to be gay! 2. As hilarious as it was, the dress was Aerith's idea. Cloud took it off as soon as humanly possible. Did anyone actually play FF7!? Seriously.)

That said, it's also more like everyone wants to get into Cloud's pants than him wanting to get into theirs. Pfft. Poor kid.
